Ross Studiothis project is a great study on form vs. function. the owners great dedication to aesthetic design, the necessity for a separated office space, and strict budgetary concerns played key roles in the development of this studio. situated off a busier traffic line through the west hills, the studio nestles comfortably in the front yard creating valuable seclusion without deterring from the homes street appeal.

Kabaker Kitchenthe heart of this split level Mountain Park home received more than a face lift. interior flow was redirected to suite the new owners use. by swapping dinning room and family room locations and redirecting flow in and out of the kitchen the space now easily accommodates both group family activities and entertaining all in a comfortable and centralized location in the home. commercial appliances coupled with custom built cabinetry satisfied the owner’s culinary talents and demands.

Ameriprise Financiallocated on the edge of the Pearl District this multi use ground level loft was converted to meet the demands of a low volume office. creative material selection and modular design created a pleasing work environment while also meeting the commercial budget demands of a small business investment.
